1. The franchisee must adhere to all operational guidelines provided by Little Odyssey management.
2. A non-refundable franchise fee must be paid upon agreement signing.
3. The initial investment may vary depending on the location and infrastructure requirements.
4. All branding, curriculum, and marketing materials must follow Little Odyssey’s standards and templates.
5. Franchise rights are non-transferable without prior written consent from the company.
6. All staff recruited by the franchisee must meet the eligibility and training standards prescribed.
7. Franchisee is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the preschool premises.
8. Kit should be purchased by us it’s mandatory
9. Any breach of contract terms may result in the termination of the franchise license.
10. All disputes will be subject to jurisdiction under the courts located in [Bangalore].
